Vivek Bhargava is the founder and managing director of Communicate 2, an organisation he founded in 1997 at the dawn of the digital age. Acquired by the Dentsu Aegis Network in 2012, iProspect Communicate 2 continues to dominate performance oriented Digital Advertising in India while helping Digital Agencies in Europe and US to become more profitable and flexible, by providing Search offshore services.
During his seventeen affluent years in the industry, Vivek worked closely with a number brands such as; MTV, Newscorp, Citibank, TCS, HDFC Bank, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, TimesofMoney, IndiaFirst, DSP BlackRock, Cleartrip, and Reliance to name a few. He is the Co-Chair for SEMPO APAC and is also on the advisory board of DMAi, Ad-tech and DMTI. Vivek has recently been included in the managing committee of the Advertising Club.
He often shares his views and insights on the industry at global events such as Ad-tech, SES, SMX, I-com and the Apex Digital conferences. He also makes it a point to take time out of his busy schedule to give guest lectures at IIT Mumbai, IIM Bangalore and 20 other educational institutes.
Over the years, his contributions to the digital world have been showcased in a number of newspapers and magazines across India along with features on TV channels such as NDTV, Star and Zee television. In fact, Exchange4media recently recognized Vivek as one of the top 50 Digital Icons of India.
